Damaged Items

We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery, applicable only if the artwork arrives damaged.

To process a claim, the customer must:
    •    Notify us within 30 days of delivery
    •    Send an email to our support team including:
    •    Clear photos of the damage
    •    Photos of the original packaging
    •    Order number

Once the information is reviewed, we will evaluate the case and proceed with one of the following:
    •    Replacement of the artwork (subject to availability), or
    •    Full refund of the purchase

Important Conditions
    •    Returns are not accepted for change of mind
    •    All artworks are unique or part of limited editions; replacement availability is not guaranteed
    •    The piece must remain in its original condition, including packaging
