Shipping policy

Every sculpture from Artes & Bronces USA is an original work of art. We take special care to ensure that each piece arrives safely and in excellent condition.

From collectible pieces to large statement sculptures, every artwork is carefully prepared, protected, and packaged according to its size, material, and destination.

In-Stock Sculptures

Sculptures currently in stock are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

For most orders within the continental United States, delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Custom & Made-to-Order Sculptures

Because our sculptures are individually handcrafted and hand-finished, custom pieces require additional production time.

Small and medium sculptures: Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production before shipping.

Large and outdoor sculptures: Please allow approximately 5–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Production and shipping times are separate. Once your artwork is completed, we will coordinate the most appropriate shipping method based on its dimensions, weight, material, and destination.

Large Sculpture Delivery

Large-scale sculptures require specialized handling and may be transported by freight service with protective crating.

Delivery times for monumental and oversized artworks vary according to the destination and transportation method. Our team will provide estimated shipping details for your specific piece before or after your order is confirmed.

Standard freight delivery may be limited to curbside or doorstep delivery. Installation, unpacking, interior placement, cranes, specialized moving equipment, and additional handling services are not included unless specifically arranged.

Please contact us before purchasing a large-scale sculpture if your property has restricted access or requires special delivery arrangements.

Professional Art Packaging

Every sculpture is protected according to its material, dimensions, and weight.

Smaller works are securely wrapped and boxed with protective materials designed to minimize movement during transportation. Large and delicate sculptures may require reinforced packaging, custom crates, or wooden protective structures for added stability during transit.

Please retain all original packaging until the artwork has been fully inspected after delivery.

Insured Shipping & Transit Damage

Our sculptures are insured during transportation for added peace of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Artes & Bronces USA within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photographs of the sculpture

• Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging

• Photographs of any visible damage to the shipping box or crate

• A short video documenting the condition of the sculpture and packaging

Do not discard the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $100, as indicated on our website.

Shipping for custom, oversized, monumental, outdoor, or specially commissioned sculptures may be calculated separately based on the artwork’s size, weight, destination, and required transportation method. Any applicable shipping cost will be communicated before the shipment is arranged.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the sculpture and destination.

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated according to the destination, dimensions, weight, and required transportation method.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees may apply and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are the responsibility of the customer.
